We were so very grateful that C and L Concrete was knowledgeable of city codes and able to communicate with the city of Eugene. This was a huge asset as we had many issues and delays with the city. The work that was done with the hurdles that came up through the process with the county I live in, C&R adapted and still got the excavation ,backfill and concrete portion of the project Done. Cody’s prices, his work, and his communication are all great. He worked around my hectic construction schedule and was able to do a back patio, raised front patio, 2 walkways, and a driveway repair - all with rebar tied in to existing slabs and/or foundation. He’s a family guy whose dad often helps him on jobs, plus his whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Cody and Elysia are great to work with. They let me know their schedule and pricing ahead of time. Cody ended up setting fence posts for me, which are not what he normally does.  They turned out great along with the excavation.
